Brief: A multi-generational family residence on Lake Wawasee's North Shore with primary occupancy split between Indiana summers and Florida winters. The owner wanted a system that could be put into "absent mode" with a single touch and brought back to full life six months later without ever calling a technician.
Approach: We engineered a Crestron HomeWorks system across three floors and two outbuildings with seasonal scene logic. Crestron motorized shades, Josh.AI in every primary room, JL Audio M Series across the docks and patio, and a fully redundant network (Starlink + cellular bonding + cable) so the absent-owner monitoring never blinks. Six-week commissioning window. Zero punch-list items at handover.
